A deposit is required before work begins. Milestone payments may be required for larger projects. Final payment is due upon project completion. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

7. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on timely receipt of materials, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals, supply necessary materials, ensure rights to provided content, respond to communications, and make payments according to the agreed schedule.

9. Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds will be specified in your project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixavix Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred prior to termination.
